All poster presenters are required to hang their posters, during the designated time frame, at the location that corresponds to their poster number. Supplies will be provided. Posters must remain on display until the 5:00 PM. Posters not removed by the end of the designated time will be thrown away. For safety reasons, poster presenters may not leave poster tubes or any other items under the poster boards.
