CAREGIVER REGISTRATION
The Society For Biomaterials is open to all members of the biomaterials community. We recognize that some attendees may require caregiver assistance with certain daily tasks and activities. To ensure all attendees have the ability to fully engage and participate in the conference, SFB is pleased to offer a special complimentary registration for these essential individuals who would not attend the conference on their own. If you are a qualifying caregiver or recipient of these services, please contact SFB for assistance.

ECONOMIC HARDSHIP DISCOUNT
The Society For Biomaterials is open to all members of the biomaterials community. We recognize that some attendees may be experiencing personal financial hardship or may be from a developing country with access to fewer resources. To ensure all attendees have the ability to fully engage and participate in the conference, SFB is accepting petitions for a special discounted registration from qualified individuals whose family income is at or below the federal poverty level or have other extenuating circumstances. If you would like to apply for an economic hardship discount, please contact SFB Executive Director Dan Lemyre for assistance.  Please provide a description of the economic hardship and a letter certifying that there is no departmental or institutional support available to support attendance.

REFUNDS
To cancel your registration and receive a refund, a written request must be received by March 27, 2023. Cancellations can be made by contacting the Society For Biomaterials Headquarters at info@biomaterials.org. Cancellation requests received by this date will receive a refund (less a $75 processing fee). Requests will be processed upon notification. All requests received after March 27, 2023, will forfeit 100 percent of monies paid.

SPECIAL REGISTRATION OFFER FOR INDUSTRY REPRESENTATIVES
If you work for a medical device manufacturer, contract research organization, or any other for-profit endeavor, and your company is interested in sending multiple people (3 or more) to the SFB Annual Meeting, SFB is pleased to extend the member rate to all individual registrants from your company. To receive a PROMO CODE that will allow you to register at the member rate, please send an email request for the Corporate Member Discount with your company name and the names of the individuals who will be registering with this promotion to info@biomaterials.org.  We will respond with the promo code to use during the registration process.
